The Beginning of Cha Tra Mue (Number One Brand Thai Tea) As Thailand is a tropical country, Chinese hot tea is not very popular among Thai people. The shop had imported red tea to make Thai Milk Tea and Thai Black Tea both served with ice to meet the needs of Thai people. The name “Cha Tra Mue” was given and took 1945 as the starting year of the Cha Tra Mue brand since then.

Serving Suggestion:
Ice Thai Tea –Add 2g of Thai Tea Mix to 200ml of boiling water. Steep the tea for 3-5 minutes (no boiling is required) and drain out the tea with a strainer. Add sugar to your liking, still well and serve with ice. Add a slice of lemon for Lemon Iced Tea.
Ice Thai Tea with Milk –Add 2g of Thai Tea Mix to 200ml of boiling water. Steep the tea for 3-5 minutes (no boiling is required) and drain out the tea with a strainer. Add sugar condensed milk or fresh milk to your liking.

~Green Tea Mix –Green Tea Powder (Jasmine Flavour)
ChaTraMue's green tea mix is exclusively grown & harvest from the cool mountainous regions in Thailand. The tea releases an elegant aroma along with a sweet taste and pleasant flavour.
The tea is best served with milk that can be enjoyed either hot or iced. It can also be used to create new type of beverages and other delicious menu such as bakery and ice-cream.
